Dear Student:

Hello.  We are glad to hear that you are interested in deferring your admission to Missouri State University for the fall 2008 semester. In order to complete your deferral, please provide the following documentation:

1. Admission Deferment Request form completed and sent to our office.
2. Return I-20 to our office (address below)
3. Deferral fee of $25 sent to our office (Not required of China Branch Campus students.)
4. Updated bank statement that shows at least $20,592 (graduate) or $21,414 (undergraduate)
5. Statement of Financial Support Form
6. Transfer Recommendation Form from your current institution to Missouri State University if you will study at another U.S. institution prior to attending Missouri State
7. Transcripts from any other schools you have attended since applying.

NOTE: Include your family name, given name, and your Missouri State University student identification number (900-01-XXXX) with all correspondence sent to our office.

Please send these items to our office as soon as possible so that we can update your admission letter.  In addition, include the address and phone number of your place of residence so that we can express mail your new admission letter and Form I-20.
