PLS 555/685 Public Policy for a Global Environment

Course examines how environmental and energy policy is made in the United States and the international community.  Issues covered include such issues as sustainability, global climate warming, risk assessment and management, carbon fuels policy, nuclear energy, air and water issues and the controversies surrounding them.
