New International Student Orientation

Orientation is a valuable tool for all new students to ensure success at Missouri State. 

Make-up New International Student Orientation will be held Friday, September 1 at 4 p.m. in the Jim D. Morris Center, room 500. This session is for students who did not attend New International Student Orientation. Orientation is mandatory and failure to attend will result in a registration hold on your student account, preventing you from registering for Spring 2018 courses. 

Fall 2017 New International Student Orientation

Date and Time: August 15 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and August 16 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
Location: Craig Hall
 
New International Student Orientation is required for all new international students in order to maintain your enrollment status. We will share valuable information with you that is critical to your success at Missouri State University.

Online Immigration Training

To make sure you’re ready for New International Student Orientation, complete our online immigration training and upload your important documents so we can add them to your student record. Be prepared to upload scans or photos of your:

  • passport
  • visa
  • I-20 or DS-2019
  • I-94 number1

You will also be required to watch a series of videos explaining your responsibilities regarding maintaining your immigration status and complete an online assessment to test your understanding. 

1You will need to log in to the I-94 system to download and print your I-94 card with your number.
