Customized Providers for Short Term Faculty Directed Programs

As a faculty director, your strength is the academics, and not necessarily the travel logistics. Study Away Programs works with selected third parties that are happy to assist with arranging your travel logistics and offering on-site support.  Faculty have the option of using a study abroad affiliate provider to assist them in planning their program.

Program providers may help you by

  • Arranging on-the-ground logistics so you can focus on teaching
  • Making hotel arrangements
  • Booking flights
  • Organizing meals
  • Facilitating guided tours
  • Arranging guest lectures

Proposal submission deadlines

 Standard deadline for programs departing in:

  • December 2017 or January 2018 - Friday, May 5, 2017
  • March, May, June, July, and August 2018 - Friday,  July 21, 2017
  • March, May, June, July, and August 2018 - Friday, September 29, 2017

Proposals submitted by the priority deadline will guarantee the program director table space at the September 14th, 2017 Study Away Fair for student recruitment.
