What Is the EAP Online Program?

For students who plan to study at Missouri State University, successfully completing EAP Online (exit level) will satisfy the English proficiency requirement for admission to undergraduate studies and to most graduate programs.

Benefits of the EAP Online

  • By completing the EAP Online, you will receive the International Partner Fee Waiver (IPFW) when you begin academic courses at Missouri State University.  The IPFW is an automatic tuition fee reduction of approximate 40% each semester you enroll in academic courses at MSU.
  • You will join other EAP students in live classes taught by our experienced faculty.
  • You will interact with students from around the world who are studying with us to improve their English language skills.
  • Whether you plan to study in an American university or you need better English skills for your career, EAP Online will help you reach your goals.

Study at Your Own Pace

The EAP program offers 20 hours per week—covering the four core skills: writing, reading, speaking, and listening. This 20-hour program includes 4 hours a week of personalized language support for Writing and Speaking.

You may take one or more classes, depending on your needs and interests.

If you plan to study at Missouri State University in the future, you will need to successfully complete all of the classes in the exit level—Level 5 for undergraduate admission and Level 6 for graduate admission.
