Our mission is to deliver high-quality customized experiences for global partners seeking professional growth, academic enrichment, and meaningful cultural exchange. Through Missouri State University’s expertise, participants gain practical skills, broaden perspectives, and return home prepared to lead in their fields of study.

What We Do

The International Leadership and Training Center (ILTC) designs customized short-term and long-term programs for Missouri State University’s international partners. Our approach is simple – we listen first. Once we understand your organization’s specific training needs, we build a customized plan to meet your goals for program content, delivery time, and participant experience.
