What We Do
The International Leadership and Training Center (ILTC) designs customized short-term
and long-term programs for Missouri State University’s international partners. Our
approach is simple – we listen first. Once we understand your organization’s specific training needs, we build a customized
plan to meet your goals for program content, delivery time, and participant experience.
Our qualified and experienced instructors meet academic or professional development goals within each program, including English language training.
Our program participants have opportunities to connect with field professionals through visits, guest lectures, and hands-on experience in the related training fields.
Our programs provide unique opportunities to experience and share culture. Participants can take part in
a variety of cultural activities, such as holiday celebrations, sporting events, outdoor
adventures, and more.
