EAP TUITION & FEES FOR VISA APPLICANTS
- This section is for visa applicants: F-1, F-2, J-1, J-2 & B-1 holders
- You can choose to apply for one to three 12-week terms.
- You only need to provide proof of financial funding for the number of terms you choose.
- You will need to pay a $150 non-refundable application fee when submitting the application form. This applictaion fee is only valid for the term
selected on application. (See deferral policy).
- If you are seeking conditional admission to MSU, you need to apply for three 12-week terms.
- One academic year = three 12-week Terms (fall, spring, summer)

students enrolled full-time during the academic year.
**Beginner students (Levels A0-A1) will be required to enroll in a corequisite 5hrs/week class along with EAP A2 classes with an additional cost of $1,737.50 per term until the student reaches level A2.
*** If you request adding dependents on a F-2 visa status, the statement of financial support must include an extra $4,250 for your spouse and $4,250 per child.
B-1 & F-2 visa holders are not eligible for full-time study. They can take up to 3 courses (15hrs/week)
and will be charged $1,737.5 per class.
MSU F-1/J1 students admitted to a degree program with a Low Band or Low Subscore in one skill area of their English proficiency test will be automatically enrolled and charged for the corresponding EAP class for language
support. The cost per class is $1,737.5.
Tuition and fees are due the day before classes start each 12-week term. They can be paid by card (2.95% convenience fee), check, or cash. Tuition refunds are subject to a policy described in the EAP Student Handbook > Administrative Policies > Refund Policies. Insurance fees are non-refundable.
