Malnutrition in Third-World Countries (El Salvador)

Program purpose: This program allows students to work with Convoy of Hope in helping create meals and feed people in need. Students will be exposed to issues in free trade, immigration, inequality, lack of access to basic needs, sustainable agriculture, debt relief, use of commodities, and local purchasing partners in acquisition of food. Students will also experience local culture and identify problems and solutions.
Program cost per student: $1,800

What is included? Round-trip air transportation, land transportation, lodging and meals, admission to field trip sites, and International Student Identity Card
What is not included? Tuition, passport costs, and personal expenses
