The members of the Global Leaders and Mentors (GLaM) program are dedicated to supporting our incoming international students from admission through their first year at Missouri State University. Focusing on servant leadership, our GLaM mentors support the academic adjustment and social connection of our new bears as they join our Springfield community and learn what it means to be a Bear!
