Proposal and Budget Worksheets have not been finalized for 2026-2027. Education Abroad will send a call for proposals when the documents have been fully updated for the coming year. If you would like to be on the email list to receive the call for proposals, please contact Education Abroad to be added. 

Proposal deadlines and process

The proposal submission deadlines are:

For programs departing between September 1 and November 30
Proposal Deadline: November 30

For programs departing between December 1 and January 31
Proposal Deadline: March 31

For programs departing between February 1 and August 31
Proposal Deadline: July 31

Participation at the Education Abroad Fair on September 16, 2026 is first come, first served, so consider submitting your proposal early. The Education Abroad Fair is an excellent recruitment opportunity!

First-time program directors are required to attend the Education Abroad Program Planning Workshop and work with a program provider or a co-director.
