National Association Engagement
In order to ensure the highest quality of service, Missouri State’s Study Away Programs supports national best practices and actively engages in the Association of International Educators (NAFSA), The Forum on Education Abroad and Diversity Abroad.

Embedded Office Partner
Missouri State’s Study Away Programs maintains an embedded office partnership with a selected affiliate organization to further Study Away Programs’ strategic objectives, maximize student and faculty support and raise awareness about the value of education abroad experiences.
ISA Missouri was established in 2016 and is situated on Missouri State’s Springfield campus. Housed within the Study Away Programs Office, one full-time ISA staff member supports strategic university initiatives, collaborates on faculty-directed programs and manages a team of Global Ambassadors. ISA Missouri also serves other partner institutions in Missouri and Arkansas.

Missouri State’s Study Away Programs collaborates on state-wide initiatives through its membership in the Missouri Consortium for International Programs and Studies (MoCon). MoCon’s signature program is the Missouri London Program operated through the University of Roehampton London. Missouri State is also an active member of Study Missouri.
