Proposal submission deadlines

  • March, May, June, July, and August 2022 – July 30, 2021*
  • March, May, June, July, and August 2022 - September 10, 2021​​​​​​​
  • October and December 2022 or January 2023 – March 5, 2022

Proposals must be approved by the program director’s dean and department head prior to submission to the director of Study Away or the director of IBP for COB programs. 

*Proposals submitted by July 30, 2021 will guarantee the program director table space at the September 16, 2021 Study Away Fair for student recruitment. All other submissions due September 10, 2021.
